Site visits have been completed, the shortlist reviewed and the judges have made their decisions.
Twenty-three finalists will find out how they have done in the competition to win eight categories, with an overall Project of the Year being voted for by the audience from among the winners.
Each of the winners will be presented with a bespoke trophy created by Kent artist Annie Ross. Find out more about her work here or view the video to see the awards being created.
This year’s entries have been of a particularly high standard so be sure to make a note in your diaries for 14th December.
The awards ceremony drinks reception is sponsored by Quinn Estates, while the awards programme is sponsored by Penenden Heath Developments.
