Sponsored by Sibley Pares, the Residential category is open to individual houses, groups of homes or even a whole new neighbourhood.

Mark Presland of Sibley Pares said: “As an independent firm of chartered surveyors and estate agents, Sibley Pares has considerable experience of properties in Kent and the south east. We are pleased to sponsor the Residential category in the Kent Design & Development Awards and look forward to seeing which developments make the shortlist and go on to become the winners.”

Aimed at recognising excellence and innovation in architectural design, build quality, landscaping, public realm and – depending on the scale of the project – community facilities this category will be awarded as two separate awards.
