This will be the scheme or building that demonstrates the greatest level of design quality in Kent.

2016 winner
The Wing at Capel-le-Ferne, designed by Godden Allen Lawn in Folkestone. This is owned by the Battle of Britain Memorial Trust. Key consultants included Woodley Coles of Sandwich and Crofton M&E/structural engineers of Hadlow.The Wing was also named winner of Commercial, Industrial and Retail.
