One Warwick Park in Tunbridge Wells. Designed by Hazle McCormack Young LLP, the hotel is owned by Markerstudy Ltd.

Folkestone Harbour Arm. The main contractor was WW Martin of Ramsgate.

Community: Avenue Tennis in Gillingham. Designed by OSG Architecture in Wye, with construction by Ramsgate’s WW Martin.
Education: Hundred of Hoo Primary School. Owned by The Williamson Trust, the school was designed by Hazle McCormack Young LLP, with WW Martin the main contractor.

Major: Farrow Court Phase II, owned by Ashford Borough Council, with Pellings of Bromley the main contractor.
Minor (Residential Exemplar): Caring Wood in Maidstone, which had Hague Construction of Rochester its main builder.
Minor: Cowshed and Lambshed in Lenham, by TG Designer Homes. On Architecture Ltd, of Canterbury, had been commissioned to design the homes.
